Part Time/Casual Business Development Manager (BDM)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team on a part-time/casual basis. The BDM role is a client facing role and responsible for the acquisition and relationship building of our Wholesale Customer Base, as well as any general administration and communication required.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to define and grow this newly created role.
Our new BDM will be highly organised, motivated and self driven, demonstrating excellent communication and rapport building skills.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• The acquisition of NEW Wholesale Customers
• Contacting newly approved customer accounts to assist with the ordering process and navigation of the Online ordering system
• Providing samples and general product knowledge
• Onsite Customer visits as requested
• Maintaining, developing and updating customer databases
• Dealing with customers in a professional manner and exceeding our customers expectations
• Ad hoc administration & other tasks as needed
The position requires the following skills and personal attributes:
• Strong customer centric written and verbal
communication skills to represent Total Dance Australia professionally
• Positive and professional phone manner to inspire customers & potential customers
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate information is provided
• Adaptive to changing priorities
• A Passion for Dance and understanding of the industry
