Between school, homework, full time dance training and hanging out with friends, it sometimes feels like there's no time for healthy eating. When I do stop to eat after a long hectic day, it's very tempting to go the quick and easy route by grabbing packaged junk food.
During lockdown I have taken an interest in healthy snacks and found it is possible to treat yourself to a healthy, tasty snack option. In fact, if you have a hectic schedule like mine, it's even more important to eat healthy foods that give you the fuel you need to keep going.
Even if you take time to eat three meals a day, you may still feel hungry at times. So heres a couple of my new favourite healthy snack options that I discovered in lockdown. Snacking on nutritious food can keep your energy level high and your mind alert without taking up a lot of your time.
